Wesley, Founder
At Texas Turnkey Farm and Ranch, we’re not just managing properties; we’re building legacies. As a lifelong rancher and founder of Texas Turnkey Farm and Ranch, my passion for the land and dedication to providing exceptional service statewide is the driving force behind our success.
After a decade of working with Fortune 50 companies, where I specialized in sales, lead generation, performance-driven data, financial analysis, and customer relationship management, I answered the entrepreneurial calling in 2016. This journey led me to launch a hunter’s subscription box business, a data intelligence technology software product, and eventually, a multi-unit franchise portfolio.
My time spent as a ranch manager, hunter, guide, and dedicated father has deepened my understanding of the delicate balance between innovation and environmental responsibility. Over numerous ranch development projects, I’ve come to appreciate the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing farm and ranch properties.
At Texas Turnkey Farm and Ranch, we combine this extensive experience with a commitment to excellence, ensuring that ranch owners across the state receive top-tier service and support. Caleb Garcia, COO
Raised in Cotulla, Texas, where the workdays are long and the heat is relentless, my upbringing was deeply rooted in the agricultural lifestyle. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to working on agriculture farms and ranches, building lifelong friendships with landowners along the way. These relationships have been instrumental in teaching me the intricacies of land development and resource management. In my career in agriculture I have held titles such as ranch manager, wildlife manager, and foreman on multiple ranches, reflecting my extensive experience and versatility in the field.
Since 2019, I have proudly served as the founder and CEO of G-G Farm and Ranch Services, LLC, located in Derby, Texas, where I reside with my supportive wife and our one-year-old daughter. In addition to this role, I am also the COO of Texas TurnKey.
I partnered with Texas TurnKey to offer my expertise in production / land development. Together, we strive to assist our customers with land and ranch management, construction, development and consulting. Our goal is to provide comprehensive services that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Throughout my career, I have successfully negotiated deals with wholesale providers to secure top-notch equipment and supplies, ensuring that our customers receive the best resources available. One of our notable achievements includes completing a significant shredding project with TxDOT , demonstrating the capability and dedication of my team.
My journey from the fields of Cotulla to leading G-G Farm and Ranching and Texas TurnKey has been driven by a passion for agriculture with commitment, integrity, honesty to excellence in land and ranch management.
Mark Martich, Director, Videographer and Editor
As the Director, Videographer, and Editor at Frontier Foundry, Deer Camp Digital and TX Turnkey, I bring over 15 years of experience in the video production industry. Since founding Martich Productions in 2009, I have dedicated myself to capturing and creating high-quality digital content. What I love about working with Deer Camp Digital and TX Turnkey is our ability to help showcase our clients and their businesses to the fullest. We provide top-notch digital marketing services, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best while we handle their visual storytelling needs.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on diverse projects, from collaborating with ESPN and the Miss USA organization to producing commercials for network television. My work has taken me to incredible locations like Iceland and Hawaii, and I pride myself on my versatility in the field. My unique ability to seamlessly transition between different types of video projects sets me apart from many filmmakers. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my wife, Krystal, and our one-year-old son, Wynn. We enjoy traveling together, exploring the outdoors, and creating memories together.
Lisa Davis, Content Producer, Editor
Based in Austin, Texas, Lisa has worked as a lifestyle writer and editor for over seven years, most recently at RetailMeNot. Career achievements include the 2023 APEX Award for Publication Excellence and 2022 MarCom Platinum Award for Best in Shopping Branded Content. She received a BA in communications and public relations from Concordia University and an MA in communications and sports communication from Texas Tech. Lisa’s guilty pleasures are watching Formula One and turning her wardrobe into Carrie’s from “Sex and the City.”
